Bahrain Arrests Four Citizens Over Alleged Iran Spy Links
The Interior Ministry said the suspects, three men and one woman, allegedly communicated with operatives linked to Iran. Investigators discovered that one of the individuals, with help from the others, photographed sensitive sites across Bahrain and recorded their coordinates using high-resolution imaging equipment. The coordinates were then reportedly transmitted to the IRGC through encrypted communication programs.
In a related incident, a fire caused by an Iranian strike on fuel tanks at a facility in Muharraq Governorate earlier Thursday has been brought under control, as stated by reports.
The Bahrain Defense Force added that its air defense systems have intercepted 112 missiles and 186 drones since the attacks began on February 28, according to reports.
