US, Israel Strike Multiple Areas Across Iran

(MENAFN) Several US-Israeli airstrikes on Thursday targeted locations across central, western, and northwestern Iran, including areas near Qom, Hamadan, and Tabriz, according to local media reports.

A news agency reported that two strikes hit a site outside the urban limits of Qom, describing it as a non-urban target. In a separate attack, multiple locations in Kabudarahang were struck early Thursday.

Meanwhile, another news outlet stated that a livestock farm near Tabriz sustained damage, with rescue teams working to free animals trapped under rubble. No human casualties were reported in any of the three incidents.

The attacks come amid escalating tensions following a joint US-Israeli offensive against Iran that began on Feb. 28, reportedly resulting in over 1,340 deaths, including Ali Khamenei.

Iran has retaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, as well as Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf states hosting US military installations. These counterstrikes have reportedly caused casualties, damaged infrastructure, and disrupted global markets and aviation.
